Remember that these are custom rings, so production normally takes about 4-6 weeks.   We will contact you by phone or email once the ring is ready to ship.  If you don't recieve your ring within a reasonable amount of time of our notification (2 weeks is generally enough time to allow for slow postal service),  Please notify us and we will start production of a new ring for you.  Once your new ring is finished we will ship it to you free of charge, and will notify you again when it is shipped.  Our flat rate fee for all shipping is $10.00 per ring.   We ship all of our rings via the United States Postal Service.  The rings are shipped  via insured mail so be prepared to sign upon receipt.  Please notify us immediately if you have a problem with your ring.
