October 13th marked the anniversary of the United States Navy. The Navy was founded by the Continental Congress in 1775. Presently it has almost half a million sailors on active and reserve duty. Our Navy is the largest and best in  the world with the largest carrier fleet in the world, has almost 300 ships in active service, and over 3,700 aircraft in service. 

Our Navy is currently conducting numerous and varied missions around the globe ranging from everything from showing force to humanitatian missions. The technology that it posses can reach from the edge of outer space down to the bottom of the ocean and everything in between. It can conduct prolonged and sustained operations and packs a serious punch through the use of carrier groups and can project power on the ground thru the Marine Corps, and SEALs.

The Navy Seal is one of the many side panel designs that we have available which can be used to create a Navy Commemorative Ring. The dates or years since its founding would be ideal if written above the seal.
