  1. rings-photos-014.jpgThe very best thing that we can do before we begin to explain about the purpose of the  military commemorative ring is to define what it means to commemorate. We can commemorate a person, place, thing, or event when we want to honor the memory of the person, place thing or event. We set up something which is visual so that whenever we or others see it it will bring back a memory or tell a story. This is why we will use different designs for our military rings. We also offer many different ways of writing what you would like for your ring to say.

Normally those of us who are in or have been the military  participate in a commemorative event when we are awarded medals, and ribbons, pins, special uniform items, belt buckles, and plaques among many other things. I have many various items displayed in my home that serve as past reminders. I also have a balfour military ring which I wear on occasion to commemorate important events in my life.

Many of our custom military ring customers have created their rings to commemorate campaigns such as the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm and so on. They have also commemorated places such as Fort Irwin, or Fallujah. Many will create a custom military ring to commemorate their retirement, or graduation from a military school or academy. One of the mast notable things that many of our customers are doing now is to commemorate the memories of their fallen comrades. Most have done so by inscribing the initials of their friends either on the side of the ring or inside the ring as the engraving.
