A bombing in Peshawar Afghanistan recently resulted in the deaths of 93 people who were mostly women and children. The attack occurred at the same time that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was in the country, but I don't think that it was aimed at her. The intent seems to be to retaliate for the government offensive which must be putting a serious hurt on insurgents. The attack was designed to kill women and children with the ultimate intent being to kill the resolve of the Afghan army to fight the offensive.

These fanatics try to claim a higher cause for slaughtering innocent people. Personally I don't see it but I'll keep my thoughts to myself. I certainly hope that this new US offensive does the trick. To all of my Enduring Freedom ring customers I wish you well.
