You can create your own design which is fine, but to do this you will have to visit an actual jeweller. This will cost you big bucks because your design would have to be created from scratch. The easiest and best option is to log on to a web site where you can actually choose the ring designs that you want. Always be sure to look for a lifetime guarantee in writing. In addition make sure that the company is reputable and has been around for a while.  If a dealer won't guarantee his product don't buy it. Reputable dealers will alo resize your ring for you at least one free time if it doesn't fit or if you grow out of it over the years.
