This is the million dollar question for me. You may ask me why do I ask? Why am I concerned? Well grasshopper I am concerned because I have an inner trouble detector which is telling me that something strange is in the milk.

I have made several posts before now on this same subject and now I will say it again.

China now has the second largest defense spending budget in the world behind the United States. You may want to say so what? Whats the big deal? You may also counter with the arguement that the United States has the biggest defense budget of all. Well all of that is true, but there are two points that I want to make to you. First the War on Terror is what pushes our defense spending over the top. The United States has been trying to cut its defense budget for years.

The next point is that until recent times China didn't give a hoot about increasing its defense spending, so whats up? China has increased its spending this year by 10%. That is a very significant amount. Why the big build up. What are their future plans? You don't increase spending for any project without a plan. You need to listen to me, (the military ring man) and I am sure in my mind that I am right China has a plan for world domination
